Trademark is a an intellectual property (IP) which may be in the form of a sign, specific design, or an expression which may be word or image used to distinguish products or services of a particular entity/ type from others.

Trademark is a an intellectual property (IP) which may be in the form of a sign, specific design, or an expression which may be word or image used to distinguish products or services of a particular entity/ type from others. With the growing technology and innovation of products ans services, it becomes iperative to get the name of product/ service or brand name registered as a Tradeark with the IP authorities.

In India, Trademarks are registered under following classes:
